Crystalline antimony glycol is a new type of high-efficiency polyester catalyst with high purity and low impurity content, significantly improving product quality. It can reduce colour variation, increase brightness, and minimise aggregated particles, making it particularly suitable for the production of bottle-grade chips, film-grade chips, and differentiated polyesters.
2. It has good solubility and fast action, effectively preventing the formation of alcoholysis products and impurities such as lipids.
Crystalline antimony glycol is relatively stable and can be stored for more than two years in a sealed environment without deteriorating.
4. Polyester products using crystalline antimony glycol as a catalyst have excellent spinnability, can improve the yield of downstream spinning grades, reduce the POY spinning breakage rate by 10%-15%, extend the cleaning interval of POY spinning components by 50%, and reduce textile downtime by 50%.
5. In the preparation, it is a physical process that does not produce any other substances, and its ethylene glycol base will dissociate into ethylene glycol, thereby effectively reducing the per-unit consumption of ethylene glycol in the device.
6. It has high applicability and strong catalytic activity. Therefore, any polyester production facility that can use antimony acetate or antimony trioxide as a catalyst can use crystalline ethylene glycol antimony without changing any operating conditions.
